Tonmoy Sarker

I am an Electrical Engineer with background in Computer/Machine Vision systems, Robotics, Controls & Machine learning. I have experience in developing real-time machine automation, perception, and embedded solutions for robotic platforms, intelligent transportation systems, and industrial inspection. Experienced in Python, MATLAB/Simulink, C++ programming, sensor fusion, and ROS/Linux platforms. In my free time, I enjoy travelling, photography, and exploring new technologies.

End-to-end deep learning + rule-based vision pipeline for vehicle detection, tracking & trajectory extraction, speed estimation, turn count & queue estimation; traffic light detection from multi-camera feedback. Automated traffic analytics with ~70% reduction in manual efforts.

Real-time foreign material detection algorithm using Deep learning-based Global Context Anomaly detection + Heuristic feature engineering on a GigE line-scan camera+ PLC controlled automated conveyor inspection R&D unit. Accuracy 95%+ at ~10 ms/frame.
